Senior Professional Officer –M&E – Cape Town

The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work

1. Support the development of new Performance Management Plans (PMP) x 2

2. Support the maintenance of existing PMPs x 2/ Performance Management related queries

3. Support the undertaking of Evaluations x 2 (IDP and Water Strategy)

4. Support the migration of PMPs to the new OPM digital platform

5. Support undertaking background research on M&E

6. Support to the coordination of the Performance Management Training implementation.

The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:

Qualification: Honours or Masters (preferable) Degree in any of the following:
Monitoring & Evaluation (or Advanced M&E Training);
Geography;
Urban Planning;
Business Administration;
Engineering;
Development Studies;
Public Administration; or any Management degree;
Prior Learning Experience

Experience: 2 to 5 years relevant experience

Other skills /requirements (Specify)

1. Proficient in MS Excel

2. Flowchart development using various software programmes will be advantageous

3. Knowledge of M&E systems
