This role is ideal for someone with a solid technical foundation and a passion for learning, offering hands‑on experience, mentorship, and clear opportunities for career progression.

• Matric certificate with passes in Mathematics and Physical Science
• Engineering Graphics and Design (EGD) or Technical Drawing as a subject
• A Draughting Diploma or Certificate will be highly beneficial
• Basic proficiency in Solid Works (or similar CAD software) advantageous
• Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
• Attention to detail and ability to work within tight tolerances
• Good communication skills for effective teamwork and client interaction
• Willingness to learn and grow within a fast‑paced engineering environment

• Create precise 2D technical drawings for manufacturing and tooling.
• Develop and refine 3D CAD models to support product and tool design.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to translate concepts into manufacturable designs.
• Ensure all drawings and models meet industry standards and internal quality requirements.
• Participate in design reviews, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience
