Engineering Manager; Renewable Energy

010956-HdJ-1 With an ever-growing footprint, this multiple award‑winning company is looking for a seasoned Engineering Manager to oversee a multi‑disciplinary engineering team delivering solar, battery and microgrid solutions. You will manage engineering quality, sign off designs, allocate workload across multiple projects, and mentor Junior Engineers. This role requires strong client engagement, confident technical leadership, and the ability to plan, prioritise and guide a team in an Engineering company with a bursting pipeline of projects.

• BEng or BSc Electrical Engineering
• PrEng with 10 – 15 years’ experience, including senior leadership
• Strong background in renewable energy
• Proven experience managing 5 – 10 Engineers
• Postgraduate studies advantageous - Masters or Certified Energy Manager or similar
