A reputable engineering company based in Cape Town is looking for a civil technician to join its team.

Key Requirements:

Relevant Degree (Bsc QS / Btech QS)

Must Be a South African Citizen

Professional Registration Preferred

1 – 2 Years of Experience

Valid Drivers License (Code
8)

Must Reside in Western Cape

Experience in the Replacement of Water/Sewer Pipes, Pipe Bursting Will Be Beneficial

Responsibilities:

Resource and material management

Cost and production monitoring

Effective decision-making and problem-solving

Timeous monthly measurements and data for progress statements

Providing support to civil engineers in the design, construction and management of a variety of projects

Ensuring a project matches client specifications

Calculating the amount and type of materials needed

Ensuring work is carried out according to deadlines

Working on-site and in an office
