Graduate Facade Engineer

Due to the continuing success and growth of our AESG team, a fantastic opportunity has opened up at our award-winning Specialist Consultancy, Engineering and Advisory Firm. We are headquartered in London, Riyadh, Singapore and Dubai, Cape Town, Cairo & Sydney working throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals:
Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management. We pride ourselves in being leaders in the industry in each of the services that we offer. We have one of the largest dedicated team with decades of cumulative experience in sustainable design, fire and life safety, cost management, façade engineering, commissioning, building performance, waste management, environmental consultancy, carbon management and acoustics.

• Support the design and delivery of façade systems across a variety of building projects.
• Assist senior consultants in developing technical documentation and detailing.
• Ensure façade designs meet aesthetic, performance, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in preparing façade engineering design reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Contribute to the development of engineering systems and performance strategies.
• Support coordination efforts with architects, engineers and consultants.
• Maintain organized project documentation and support technical research.

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering, specialising in structures or equivalent.
• Knowledge in use of CADD software and structural analysis software is advantageous.

• Show initiative, professionalism, and attention to detail in all assigned tasks.
• Communicate effectively with team members.
• Follow internal QA/QC procedures and remain open to learning and feedback.

• Assist in preparing façade design reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Assist in contributing to developing and assisting with AESG parametric offering.
• Contribute to the development of system details and performance strategies.
• Support coordination efforts with architects, engineers, and material suppliers.
• Participate in site inspections and help monitor installation quality.
• Maintain organized project documentation and support technical research.
