Job Type: Full Time | On-site

Requirements
  • Degree in Mechanical, Electronic/Electrical or Industrial Engineering
  • Minimum of 5 years experience within the Engineering, Electronics and Telecommunications industries
  • Sciforma – Project management software advantageous
  • Must be able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • A mechanical aptitude will be a strong advantage.
  • Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role.
  • An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong working knowledge in reading and application of technical drawings AutoCAD
  • Hands‑on experience with project management tools for new users.
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written.
  • Sense of urgency
Responsibilities
  • Develop project plans in consultation with various stakeholders and departments.
  • Regular reporting on status of projects.
  • Supporting continuous improvement of projects management system.
  • Working with teams to execute projects and ensuring that all projects are on track and within budget.
  • Your duties are to assist with timeline development, ensure production is on schedule, important company supervision from start to finish, and offer guidance to improve progress.
  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, and information.
  • Break projects into doable actions and important company timeframe.
  • Assist with preparing budgets.
  • Analyse risks and opportunities.
  • Oversee the project procurement management.
  • Monitor project progress and important company of any issues that arise.
  • Act as the point of and communicate project status to all participants.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager and Technical team.
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to resolve technical and quality problems.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing and Production Departments.
