Profile of the Ideal Candidate:

• Education
  : A recent graduate with a degree in Mechatronics or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable University or Technicon. Their academic foundation should be solid in both technical and theoretical aspects of engineering.
• No Experience Needed
  :
  Since we're not requiring prior work experience, we can look for someone who demonstrates strong learning agility, curiosity, and a passion for innovation in automation and robotics.
• Problem-Solving & Quick Learning
  :
  They should have a keen interest in applying their knowledge to real-world factory challenges.

Core Attributes to Look for:

• Strong Analytical Skills
  :
• Experience or coursework in data analytics and Excel is essential since theyll work on data-driven projects.
• MySQL database management and data capturing abilities will help them manage the digital side of operations.
• Tech-Savvy with Automation & Robotics
  :
• PLC and SCADA systems knowledge, even if theoretical, should be strong.
• An interest in automation and robotics is key, given that they will work with Yaskawa robots and related automation systems.
• Exposure to BI & ERP Systems
  :
• Understanding of Visual BI dashboards and familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems will be valuable for decision-making and reporting.
• Passion for Maintenance Planning & Management
  :
• Even without formal experience, a keen interest in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (e.g. iAuditor) and maintenance planning is important since they will assist you in overseeing these operations.
