Our large Engineering client seeks an experienced Wastewater Engineer to design wastewater infrastructure and manage multidisciplinary projects across South Africa.
Requirements- BSc, BEng, or BTech in Civil Engineering is required.
- Master’s in Water and Wastewater Treatment Process advantageous.
- BSc or BEng in Chemical Engineering will also be considered, if combined with experience in municipal wastewater treatment design and project management.
- Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer/Technologist, or close to registration.
- 8 years min in wastewater infrastructure design and contract administration, with good knowledge of treatment plant processes.
- Strong AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit and Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel, Word and MS Project.
- The design of wastewater infrastructure
- Project management of multidisciplinary projects
- Preparing contract documentation
- Contract administration
- Supporting Green Drop and Blue Drop compliance.
