Position: Senior Facilitator (Talent Pool)

Job Description

Overview:
The Senior Facilitator will support and lead the delivery of facilitation sessions and workshops, ensuring high-quality engagement and knowledge transfer within an engineering-focused environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist with facilitation and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Support the development of facilitation materials and structured workshop agendas.
  • Guide discussions, encourage participation, and ensure workshop outcomes are achieved.
  • Provide feedback, insights, and recommendations based on workshop interactions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure alignment between facilitation activities and business objectives.

    • Requirements

    Minimum Qualification Requirements
  • B Degree in Commerce/HR/Business Management/Industrial Engineering/ IT.
    • Minimum Experience
  • 8 years’ experience as a Senior Facilitator within an engineering environment
    • Position Requirements
    10+ Years work experience
