Assistant teacher

Key Responsibilities

Classroom Support:
Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and managing classroom activities. This includes preparing instructional materials and setting up equipment for lessons.

Student Interaction:
Work with students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning concepts and provide additional support as needed.

Monitoring Progress:
Observe and assess student performance, maintaining records of attendance, grades, and behavioral incidents to inform the lead teacher about student progress.

Classroom Management:
Help maintain a positive and orderly classroom environment by implementing behavior management strategies and addressing any disruptions promptly.

Supervision:
Oversee students during non-classroom activities such as lunch, recess, and field trips to ensure their safety and well-being.

Communication:
Collaborate with teachers and parents regarding student progress and any concerns that may arise.
