Position
Purpose:
As a senior product designer, you will manage and evolve our design system, ensuring consistency across digital platforms and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to maintain high‑quality user interfaces. This role operates on a hybrid basis, with 4 days in office.
Primary duties will include:
- Manage and evolve the design system, ensuring scalability, consistency, and alignment across teams.
- Design reusable components that adhere to best practices and enhance user experiences.
- Use Figma to manage and update design libraries, applying design tokens and components across platforms.
- Collaborate with developers, UX designers, and product teams to implement the design system across digital products.
- Develop and maintain documentation for design system components.

To land this role you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in developing and managing token‑based design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, including managing design libraries and components.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design system expertise and scalable solutions.
- Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS or Tailwind for collaboration with developers.
- Experience in industries with complex digital products, such as financial services.
- Hybrid (4 days a week office)
