We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Architectural Technologist to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for translating design concepts into reality, ensuring technical excellence and compliance across multiple simultaneous projects. • Own the technical documentation process, including the preparation and submission of local authority and construction documentation.
• Contribute as an integral part of the interdisciplinary design and construction teams.
• Manage and maintain comprehensive drawing registers and revision control for all projects.
• Proactively identify potential technical design problems, effectively communicating them to the relevant team members for early resolution.
• Drive initiative in response to project direction and instruction, taking ownership of tasks to meet project goals.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s or equivalent professional degree in Architecture or Architectural Technology.
• Software Proficiency:
  Expert‑level proficiency in Revit is non‑negotiable.
• Work Ethic:
  Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and meet strict deadlines and project budgets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Mindset: A flexible, adaptable, and open attitude towards new technologies and modern ways of working.
• Communication:
  Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; fluency in English.
• Passion: A genuine interest in and passion for working with alternative building materials and sustainable construction methods.
• Registration:
  Registered with SACAP.

• Knowledge of Rhino and Grasshopper.
