Junior Draughtsman

• Venue Mapping:
  Digitally map out event spaces based on site measurements or venue-provided plans.
• Furniture & Equipment Placement:
  Draw precise furniture layouts for lounges, dining areas, booths, etc., ensuring comfort, flow, and compliance with venue regulations. ·
• CAD Drawings to produce 2D and 3D drawings.
• Reviewing and updating drawings based on design revisions and site feedback
• Delivering high-quality drawings on time while ensuring compliance with standards
• Spotting opportunities to improve costs and design efficiency
• Maintaining organized project documentation for ongoing and future reference
• Update or revise layouts based on on-site changes or last-minute client requests

• 2-3 years’ experience
• Proficiency in CAD and layout software
• Understanding of event flow and guest experience
• Basic knowledge of health & safety regulations, such as evacuation routes and capacity limits
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
