Our client, an established tour operation, is actively recruiting for an Intermediate/Senior Inbound Tour Consultant to work with Southern Africa and East Africa countries. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant, dynamic global team.

• 3-5 years as an inbound tour consultant at a DMC or inbound tour operator.
• Proven track record as a groups/FIT consultant (intermediate to advanced) dealing with Southern Africa and East Africa countries; strong product knowledge.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• South African permanent resident, valid SA , and valid work permit.

• Matric + relevant qualifications (advantageous).
• Motivated, honest, enthusiastic, dedicated, goal‑driven person with problem‑solving skills who is customer focused and results driven.
• Trustworthy and committed.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); knowledge of Tour Plan (advantageous).
• Candidate must reside in or near Cape Town/Green Point/Sea Point area.
