Your Superpowers
Grade 12 (Matric)
12 – 24 months in a Sales/ Retentions or Sales through Customer Service (Call Center environment)
Active listening, problem-solving, adaptability, and a customer-centric approach
High proficiency in written and verbal English
Moderate to advanced computer skills and system navigation
