• Some experience in customer support or working with online platforms (bonus but not required!)

• Assist clients by providing friendly and efficient support via phone, email, and support systems
• Keep track of client interactions using our ticketing system
• Work well within a team and ensure excellent customer service
• Help with training, queries, and other tasks as needed
