Position Overview:
As a Call Centre Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients. You will handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and will play a crucial role in maintaining our company's reputation for exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely and professional manner - Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate and helpful information - Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively - Update customer accounts and records with relevant information - Promote and sell company products and services - Meet and exceed individual and team performance targets - Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times - Continuously develop and maintain knowledge of company products, services, and policies - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to all company policies and procedures Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role is preferred - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer skills - Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends - Must be able to work well in a team and individually - Fluency in English is required, additional languages are an asset - Must be willing to work in Cape Town, South Africa Benefits:
