Inbound Destination Management Company based in Cape Town, offering unique & customised tours for individual & group travellers wanting to explore beautiful Africa is looking for a German-Speaking Inbound Travel Consultant.
The Consultant will be responsible for providing expert travel consulting, managing travel arrangements, handling reservations and delivering exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Degree / Diploma in Tourism
Travel Consulting and Travel Management experience in inbound travel
Extensive knowledge of Southern Africa
Fluent German-speaker (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
Experience in making travel arrangements and handling reservations
Strong customer service skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Previous experience in a similar role within the travel industry
A quick learner
