Description
Hire Resolve is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Key Accounts Specialist to join our client’s team in Cape Town. As a Key Accounts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing key client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions. You will serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any issues or concerns they may have and working to resolve them effectively. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage and nurture key client accountsUnderstand clients’ needs and provide tailored solutionsAddress and resolve client issues and concerns promptly and effectivelyCollaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service deliveryIdentify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accountsProvide regular reports and updates on account performance to stakeholdersMaintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisorRequirements
Previous experience in account management or customer serviceDegree or diploma in a relevant fieldExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong problem-solving abilitiesAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyProficient in Microsoft OfficeBenefits
