Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Cape Town for a Junior Content Creator and Marketing Assistant. The role involves creating engaging content for various online and offline platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, and assisting in the development of creative strategies. The Junior Content Creator and Marketing Assistant will perform research on market trends, support social media management, design promotional materials, and collaborate with the team to ensure consistency in messaging and branding.

Qualifications

• Strong content creation and copywriting skills, with creativity and attention to detail
• Knowledge and experience in digital marketing and social media management
• Research and organizational skills to support marketing initiatives
• Knowledge of graphic design tools and the ability to assist in creating visual assets
• Proficiency in editing, proofreading, and maintaining content quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with team members
• Ability to manage time and multitask in a dynamic, creative environment
• Familiarity with art and design trends is a plus
• Relevant education or experience in marketing, communications, design, or a related field
