Motion Graphic Designer

Addon Digital is a boutique digital agency based in Cape Town, providing innovative and highly creative content and advertising to a global client base.

• Conception and execution of motion graphics, animation-based projects and general graphic design tasks
• Knowledge of various social media platforms and how to use video and images to engage with different audiences
• Participating in a monthly think tank, helping to creative a vision for future content
• Taking an initial concept to the next level with motion graphics and animations, including 2D and 3D animations
• Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, in addition to video editing software
• Assist in live event and studio production, including setting a stage, lighting a set, and shooting footage w/video or still camera
• Ability to communicate effectively with all team members and engage throughout all phases of project development.
• Have a good sense of time management, as this environment requires quick turn around time for our daily deliverables

• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision; able to follow direction
• Basic videography / production skills
• Experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• A qualification in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics or equivalent field experience
• Ability to work on multiple projects and brands simultaneously
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working under pressure with tight deadlines

Right now, we are open to various levels of skill including paid internships.
