As a Designer at IMA, you’ll help inspire and elevate our creative culture. You’ll bring concepts to life across brand and retail activations — working closely with creative, strategy, account handling and production teams to deliver industry‑leading work.
With a strong grounding in design principles, cultural insight, and a passion for staying ahead of trends, you’ll craft high‑quality concepts and ensure every output is engaging, effective and beautifully considered.
What you’ll be doing- Working from creative briefs to develop high‑quality, insight‑led design solutions.
- Translating ideas into impactful concepts across a range of platforms and formats.
- Thinking creatively to bring fresh perspectives, new ideas and innovative approaches.
- Estimating time accurately and supporting account teams with workflow planning.
- Collaborating with printers, copywriters, photographers, designers, developers and marketers.
- Presenting ideas confidently and articulating design rationale to internal teams and clients.
- A strong understanding of design principles, craft and creative processes.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a willingness to keep technical skills evolving.
- A proactive communicator who can articulate ideas clearly and confidently.
- A collaborative team player with a can‑do attitude and a passion for creativity.
- Experience contributing to — and ideally helping to win — client pitches.
