My client is world class engineering procurement and construction company firmly established since 1984. They are a proud African company who are experts in the fields of civil, electrical, structural and other engineering disciplines.

He/she will be Cape Town-based and will be the administrator of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions, monitoring and authorisation of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accounts.

Requirements include:

• NEC contract experience

• Strong working knowledge of Contract / Construction Law

• 10 years working experience.

Salary Range: 575k – 360k

Education:

Accredited Degree in Construction Management, Construction Law, Quantity Surveying or equivalent

Location:

Cape Town

Job Type: 12-month contract. Possibility of extension.
