Site Agent; Roads Construction

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Site Agent with a proven track record of hands-on involvement in civil construction infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in managing such projects effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

• National Diploma from a reputable South African tertiary institution.
• Proven experience working as a Site Agent in civil construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
