You’ll play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers and intermediaries, driving business growth, and ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or account management within short-term insurance
• RE5 qualification (essential)
• Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
• Confident communicator with solid industry knowledge
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working independently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

• Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain brokers and agents
• Act as a key contact, providing product support and market insight
• Conduct presentations, training, and regular engagement with brokers
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
• Analyse performance metrics and identify growth opportunities
• Stay up to date with market trends and compliance requirements
