Role Purpose
The Client Relationship Specialist is responsible for managing and strengthening client relationships while coordinating account activities and supporting project delivery. This role sits at the intersection of customer engagement, account management, and project coordination, ensuring clients receive consistent, high-quality service and clear communication across engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship & Customer Experience
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients
- Build strong, trusted relationships through regular engagement and communication
- Understand client needs and ensure expectations are managed effectively
- Address client queries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Drive client satisfaction, retention, and long-term partnerships
Account Management
- Manage day-to-day account activities and ensure contractual deliverables are met
- Coordinate onboarding of new clients and services
- Track account performance, milestones, and service levels
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, or cross-selling
- Maintain accurate client records and reporting
Project & Delivery Coordination
- Support planning and coordination of client projects across internal teams
- Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables
- Facilitate communication between clients, consultants, and delivery teams
- Assist with project documentation, status updates, and reporting
- Ensure projects remain aligned with scope, timelines, and client expectations
Key Skills & Experience
- Experience in client relationship management, account management, or customer success
- Exposure to project coordination or project management environments
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities simultaneously
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Proficient in CRM systems, project tracking tools, and MS Office / Google Workspace
