Procurement Coordinator – Atlantis, Cape Town - Market Related
A well-established FMCG operation based in Atlantis Industrial has an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Coordinator to join their operations team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a key role in supporting procurement administration, purchasing processes, and supply coordination.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting with purchase order preparation and administration
- Maintaining import files and ensuring required permits are in place
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Supporting production and stock planning activities
- Assisting the procurement team with ad-hoc requirements
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric (tertiary qualification advantageous)
- 1–3 years of experience in an FMCG procurement or administration environment
- Strong administrative, coordination, and communication skills
- Computer literate (MS Excel, Word, Outlook); SAP Business One advantageous
- Own reliable transport and flexibility to meet operational demands
