About the job New Business Development Manager
Our client, a well-established and growing organization, is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager with at least 5 years of experience managing direct sales teams. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, results-oriented leader to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced, competitive environment. This role is a Junior to mid level role. The sales Manager will be required to assist tema in closing deals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, manage, and inspire a direct sales team, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the office automation industry, driving business growth.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to maximize individual and collective success.
- Foster strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and the identification of new business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal departments, such as Marketing and Operations
, to ensure a seamless client experience and smooth sales process. - Analyze market trends and competitor activities, adjusting strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and sales regulations.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a direct sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
