BEE Analyst Renewable Energy

You won’t be “ticking boxes.”

You’ll be shaping B-BBEE outcomes across operational renewable energy assets, working closely with senior stakeholders, and contributing to real, measurable empowerment within an industry that is redefining South Africa’s future.

• Own and manage B-BBEE scorecards across multiple project companies

• Drive monthly internal compliance reviews and verification readiness

• Identify risks, gaps, and high-impact opportunities to improve B-BBEE performance

• Coordinate annual verification audits with leading verification agencies

• Deliver clear, decision-ready reporting to senior management

• Support and track transformation initiatives that go beyond compliance

• 2+ years’ experience in B-BBEE verification or compliance

• Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Law, HR, or related field (NQF 5/6+)

• Strong working knowledge of B-BBEE legislation, Codes, EE & Skills frameworks

• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills

• Highly organised, detail-driven, and confident in stakeholder engagement

• Genuine passion for transformation, empowerment, and doing things properly
