Professional Officer (T12) – Cape Town

The TES employee(s) will be responsible for the following function / work

1. Quality Assurance of the 12 SDBIPs from the various Directorates in the City.

2. Checking if all the indicators that should be in the SDBIPs are accounted for in the SDBIP

3. Checking if the SDBIPs are complaint in terms of the other Scorecards in the City, including but not limited to the Key Operational Indicators, Circular 88

and Corporate Scorecard.

4. Checking if the SDBIP are in the right format.
8. Maintenance of the PMP Inventory

5. Assisting with liaising with the service provider producing the SDBIP book to ensure that the process runs smoothly.

6. Liaising with Directorates to make changes as required during the production of the SDBIP book.

7. Support the review and refinement of the M&E Guidelines as required

The TES employee(s) must meet the following requirements:

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree or Honours Degree in any of the following:
Monitoring & Evaluation (or Advanced M&E Training);
Business Administration;
Accounting;
Development Studies & Public Administration.

Experience: 2 to 5 years relevant experience

Other skills /requirements (Specify)

1. Proficient in MS Excel

2. Knowledge of M&E and Performance Management
