You’ll play a meaningful role in supporting the business through accurate data analysis, high-quality reporting, and responsive administrative support, all delivered within agreed SLA parameters.

As a Virtual Advisor Channel Administrator, you will turnәре data into insight; analysing trends, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and helping the business make informed, evidence-based decisions. You’ll be involved in the full data lifecycle, from extracting and analysing data to building reports and visualisations that drive real value.

You’ll work closely with managers and users across the business, gaining exposure to different areas while building strong relationships and a deep understanding of how data supports operational and strategic outcomes. • Utilizing automated tools to extract data from primary and secondary sources.
• Developing and maintaining databases and data systems.
• Performing analysis to assess data quality and meaning.
• Using statistical tools to identify, analyse, and interpret patterns and trends in complex data sets.
• Preparing reports for management and stakeholders, stating trends, patterns, and predictions using relevant data and statistical tools.
• Developing and implementing data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies to optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytics needs and to prioritize business and information needs.
• Proactively analysing data to answer key questions for stakeholders and investigating areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity.
• Creating and maintaining rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis.
• Identifying and implementing process improvement opportunities.
• Developing and supporting reporting processes.
• Monitoring and auditing data quality.
• Gathering, understanding, and documenting detailed business requirements.
