Vehicle Inspector

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Ensure vehicles are cleaned, refueled, and ready for use each day.

• Monitor and report any vehicle damages using tools like Record 360.

• Issue and manage insurance claims by collecting necessary paperwork from drivers.

• Prepare vehicles for scheduled maintenance and check for service warnings.

• Validate mileage and inspect dashboards for warning lights.

• Ensure vehicles are equipped with tools and spare wheels.

• Respond to vehicle-related issues raised by drivers.

• Report non-compliance or wear-and-tear issues (e.g., worn tyres) to management.

NON-NEGOTIABLE REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate or equivalent with at least 1 year working experience.

• Valid South African  valid drivers licence

• Basic understanding of vehicles and their components

• Good communication skills in English, with strong administrative ability and the ability to read and follow checklists and procedures accurately
