Introduction
We are now hiring Reliable & Experienced Administrators for a full‑time position in Atlantis Cape Town, Western Cape, South Africa.
Duties & Responsibilities- Matric Certificate required.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar administrative field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and general computer literacy.
- Data management, client engagement, and office supply monitoring.
- Calendar management and strong client communication skills.
- Own reliable transport.
- Must reside in Atlantis Cape Town.
- Senior IC experience preferred.
- As per our client’s Employment Equity Plan, preference will be given to women.
- Office Manager Experience

- Quick Books, Accounting, Bookkeeping
