Broker Support Administrator

Overview

Hire Resolve is currently seeking a Broker Support Administrator to join our client’s team in Cape Town. In this role, you will provide administrative support to our broker network, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery. You will be responsible for handling inquiries, processing paperwork, and providing general support to brokers. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

• Assist brokers with inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
• Process applications, contracts, and other paperwork accurately and efficiently.
• Manage broker database and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Prepare and distribute reports to brokers as needed.
• Provide general administrative support to brokers.

• Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the insurance or brokerage industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Experience with broker management systems will be advantageous.
• 10 years of experience preferred, with either personal, commercial, or claims management.
