Cold Store Administrator – Montague Gardens – Market Related
We are recruiting for a reliable and detail-driven Cold Store Administrator to support day-to-day operations within a fast-paced warehouse and cold storage environment.
This role involves coordinating administrative functions, maintaining accurate records, supporting operational teams, and liaising with multiple internal departments. The successful candidate will be hands-on, organised, and comfortable working under pressure.
Key requirements include:
- 3–5 years administrative experience in a warehouse or similar environment
- Strong computer literacy, with Excel proficiency essential
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work shifts, including night shift when required
- ERP / SAP experience advantageous
This is a permanent position with opportunities for long-term stability in an operationally critical role.
