A busy and growing medical practice in Bloubergstrand is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the Medical Director on a half-day basis.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the Medical Director’s diary, emails, and correspondence
Coordinating travel, accommodation, and event logistics
Drafting correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes
Handling confidential information with discretion
Assisting with practice administration and ad hoc tasks
Running business and personal errands as required
Minimum Requirements
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
High level of discretion and professionalism
Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
