Location: Bloubergstrand, Cape Town
Employment Type: Part-time (Half Day)

A busy and growing medical practice in Bloubergstrand is seeking a Personal Assistant to provide administrative and personal support to the Medical Director on a half-day basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the Medical Director’s diary, emails, and correspondence

  • Coordinating travel, accommodation, and event logistics

  • Drafting correspondence, reports, and meeting minutes

  • Handling confidential information with discretion

  • Assisting with practice administration and ad hoc tasks

  • Running business and personal errands as required

Minimum Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Personal Assistant

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High level of discretion and professionalism

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
