Main responsibilities
Events
- Assisting coordinators – sourcing, shopping, quotes Support with the preparation of quotes
- Provide office communication support by fielding calls, answering questions, forwarding messages, confirming customers' orders and keeping customers informed of order statuses.
- Support events
- Setups on site
- Support Info Line
- Matric/Grade 12
- Some work experience in the same field
- Administration experience
- Office administration qualification
- Fluent in Afrikaans (speaking and writing)
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Attention to detail
- Time Management and multi-tasking ability
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
