SA - Western Cape, Southern Suburbs (Market related)
My client in Cape Town is looking for an Administrator to serve as liaison between our client and their clients with focus on client satisfaction.
Minimum requirements:
  • 2-3 Years experience in an administrative support role if in financial services it will be advantageous
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance or marketing is preferred
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange or cross border payments will be an advantage
  • Duties:
  • Onboarding of clients ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Managing agreements
  • Handling queries
  • Upkeep of CRM system to ensure information is up to date
  • Event planning
  • Keeping event calendar up to date
