To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Senior Certificate / Grade 12 / Matric
- A tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
- Computer literacy, with strong skills in MS Excel and MS Word
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyse information and convert data into usable statistics
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Basic understanding of the built environment and project management principles
- Typing skills will be an added advantage
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Liaising with internal clients and national client departments regarding queries, follow-ups, and feedback
- Assisting with the consolidation of monthly and quarterly reports
- Performing general office administration, including filing, memorandum drafting, and letter writing
- Collecting and compiling inputs to resolve audit queries
- Registering OW 415 forms for day-to-day maintenance services and service contracts
- Updating, managing, and filing records for maintenance services and service contracts
- Following up on outstanding cases to ensure queries are resolved and service delivery is maintained
- Updating and administering daily maintenance spreadsheets for internal and external distribution
- Providing regular feedback to the National Call Centre on the status of complaints
- Arranging and attending meetings with both internal and external stakeholders
- Carrying out general administrative support functions as required
