We are committed to providing high-quality, sustainable, and cost-effective water treatment solutions to our clients. Our company is expanding its operations to Cape Town, South Africa and we are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Receptionist to join our team.

Position Summary:

As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your main duties will include greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding phone calls, and providing administrative support across the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner

- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or individual

- Maintain a clean and organized reception area

- Receive and sort mail and deliveries

- Manage the company's general email inbox and respond to inquiries promptly

- Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed

- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary

- Keep records of company expenses and assist with budget management

- Assist with travel arrangements for employees and clients

- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion

- Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related field is a plus

- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly

Contract Details:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm at our office in Cape Town, South Africa.
