Front Desk Office Manager

We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to take full ownership of our administrative and day-to-day financial functions in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and maintaining high attention to detail.

• Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (spoken and written)
• Experience working with Xero or similar accounting software
• Strong background in payroll processing
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
• Solid administration background

• Full responsibility for all administrative functions
• Managing the employee clocking system
• Making travel arrangements
• Payroll processing and managing staff leave
• Reconciliations on Xero
• Managing staff files and records
• Preparing site safety files
• Logging IODs
• General office administration and record keeping
