A well-established law firm is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers) to support a busy conveyancing department. The ideal candidate will have solid transfer experience and the ability to manage multiple files efficiently while delivering high-quality administrative support.

Key Responsibilities

Managing transfer files from instruction to registration
Drafting and preparing transfer documents and related correspondence
Liaising with clients, estate agents, banks, and Deeds Office
Attending to FICA requirements and compliance documentation
Opening, maintaining, and closing files accurately
Managing diaries, follow-ups, and deadlines
General conveyancing administration and secretarial duties

Requirements

Minimum 2–5 years’ experience as a Conveyancing Secretary (Transfers)
Strong knowledge of conveyancing processes and procedures
Experience dealing with Deeds Office and bank instructions
Excellent typing, organisational, and communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
Proficient in MS Word and legal conveyancing systems
