Key Requirements:

• Matric essential

• Handling Call from Customers, queries

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in data capturing

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail

• Analytical and problem-solving skills

• Intermediate Excel experience

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

• Professional and confident when dealing with customers and administrative tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Capture and verify data accurately from customer source documents

• Handling Customer queries

• Compare and validate data against original information

• Update existing data and maintain records

• Handle administrative duties with professionalism and care
