Position OverviewWe are seeking a receptionist that provides professional front‑of‑house and administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations s role includes welcoming visitors, managing calls, coordinating meeting setups, handling correspondence, and assisting with general office administration. The position requires strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills, with the ability to maintain professionalism and efficiency in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and assist FEDISA stakeholders, guests, and students, ensuring a professional front‑of‑house experience.
- Manage telephone calls and the switchboard, record messages and control visitor access.
- Direct clients and students to the appropriate departments for assistance.
- Prepare boardrooms for meetings, compile agendas and take minutes.
- Support IT and printer‑related issues, liaising with service providers as required.
- Manage office supplies, including stationery and cleaning materials.
- Handle general office administration and process student‑related payments, including printing credits and account payments.
- Provide ad‑hoc support to the CEO, Head of Operations, Head of Student Affairs, or Office Manager as needed.
- Certificate in Business related would be advantageous.
- Minimum 1‑2 years in a working environment / Receptionist role.
- Experience in a Higher Education environment is an added advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff and external partners.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Passion for education and a commitment to student success.
- Attention to detail.
- Professionalism and interpersonal skills.
- Good work ethic and time management skills.
- Ability to deliver on planning.
- Basic report writing.
