Description

Hire Resolve’s Client in Cape Town, is urgently seeking a talented Graduate Accountant with Honors to join their team. As a Graduate Accountant, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and gain valuable experience in various aspects of accounting.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
  • Perform general accounting tasks, including data entry, reconciliations, and journal entries
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
  • Conduct analytical reviews of financial data to identify trends and anomalies
  • Assist with tax compliance and reporting requirements
  • Support the audit process by providing necessary documentation and information
  • Stay updated with accounting regulations and industry best practices
    • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with Honors ( Accounting up to 3rd year)
  • Strong academic record with a focus on accounting courses
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
