- Accurate capturing and processing of customer invoices
- Generating and reconciling invoices
- Assisting with debtors and creditors reconciliations
- Maintaining accurate financial records
- Assisting with monthly bookkeeping functions
- Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative duties
- Ensuring compliance with company financial procedures
REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric (with Accounting preferred)
- Relevant qualification in Finance / Bookkeeping (completed or in progress advantageous)
- 13 years experience in invoicing or junior bookkeeping role
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Experience working on accounting software (Sage / Pastel / Xero advantageous)
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, organised and willing to learn
