SA - Western Cape, Southern Suburbs

R 24000 - R 26000 Bookkeeper - Muizenberg - R26 000 per month
Responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and supporting reporting for group companies. Run full bookkeeping for one company on Sage, including creditors
Minimum requirements:
  • Experience with SAGE and MS Excel
  • Diploma or Certificate in Bookkeeping, Accounting, or Finance
  • Capture financial transactions and maintain general ledger accounts
  • Perform monthly bank, debtor, and creditor reconciliations
  • Manage accounts payable, including supplier payments
  • Prepare VAT returns and assist with statutory compliance
  • Support monthly management accounts, budgeting, and year-end audits
  • Prepare payroll timesheets and maintain fixed asset registers
