- Loading Bank payments
- Monthly Pastel/Xero processing
- Process Foreign Currency Transactions
- Fixed Asset Register
- Monthly Management Accounts
- Cash Management and Forecast
- Budget vs Actual
- Annual Budget
- Annual Workmen’s Compensation Submission
- Monthly Payroll & PAYE submission
- Bi-Annual EMP
501 Recons and submission - Monthly VAT recon and submission
- Dividend Declarations & DTR
01 & DTR
02 submission - Maintaining Audit file
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, registered SAIPA
- Advanced Excel skills
- Pastel and Xero experience
- Strong command of both verbal and written English
- Strong communication and relationship management skills with a positive attitude
