Part Time Slide Attendant

General Definition of Work

• Ensure safety and enforce rules for all customers at Cape Girardeau Aquatic Centers.

• Be familiar with all rules for Slides and Splash Pad at Aquatic Facilities.
• Enforce rules consistently and respectfully with all customers.
• Direct all customer conflicts and complaints to a Facility Manager.
• Support coworkers by positive interaction and rotating on time.
• Maintain facility cleanliness through routine cleaning.
• Provide emergency response as needed.
• Responsible for communicating effectively with patrons, co-workers, and management.
• Responsible for reporting to work on time, in uniform, and prepared to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Must have good communication and public relation skills.
• American Red Cross CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications are required via in house training upon hire.
