About the Role:

Join the dynamic team at Paul Davis Restoration of Carbondale, Paducah, and Southeast MO as a Construction Cleanup/Mitigation Technician! In this exciting role, you will play a crucial part in restoring properties and helping families during their time of need.

Responsibilities:

* Perform thorough cleanup and mitigation services on residential and commercial properties.

* Utilize industry-standard equipment and techniques for effective debris removal.

* Assist in water, fire, and mold damage restoration processes.

* Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

* Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction.

* Document work performed and materials used for project tracking.

* Participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the process.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience is a plus.

* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks.

* Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

* Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

* Knowledge of restoration processes and safety regulations is preferred.

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

* Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.

* Certification in IICRC standards is a plus but not required.
